[Workshop] Introduction to Agile Project Management (Halifax, NS)

Sept. 29, 2010 - A 1-day workshop for PMI Nova Scotia Chapter introducing project managers to agile project management techniques including estimating, planning, tracking, and control.

In this 1-day workshop, participants will learn the basic techniques of Agile Project Management including how these techniques differ from traditional methods, what value each technique can bring to a project, and how to introduce the techniques to project teams. 

 

Participants will learn:

• The Agile Philosophy
• Agile Team and Project Characteristics
• An Overview of Scrum
• Agile Estimating and Planning
• Agile Metrics and Tracking
• Agile Scope and Change Management
