[Webinar] Aligning Agile Methods and Corporate Governance Models

A private webinar for a large, transnational corporation.

This is a private webinar open only to the employees of a large, transnational corporation.  This company uses agile for product development and also external service delivery projects.  It has two separate governance/investment models, one for each of these types of project.  This presentation will show how agile methods align with these two models, but will also bridge to common gated investment authorization models.
